I’m Kayla, the creative mind behind The Fluffed Tail. As a former vet nurse, I’ve always had a deep love for animals, and I wanted to channel that passion into something special. What started as making pet bandanas as gifts quickly blossomed into a shop, thanks to the encouragement of friends and fellow animal lovers.
Now, I’m thrilled to offer a range of handmade items, from stylish bandanas to fun stickers, all designed with love and care. Every piece is crafted by me, and I take pride in creating quality products that help pet owners treat themselves and their furry (or not-so-furry) family members.

Kayla (Owner)
As the proud owner and full-time pet parent to a spirited cat, a noisy bird, and two fascinating snakes, I live and breathe animal care. With a background as a veterinary nurse, I have a deep commitment to animal welfare and safety, ensuring that my pets—and yours—receive the love and attention they deserve.
My creative side drives me to find unique ways to express my love for animals. Whether it’s through art, writing, or innovative pet care solutions, I aim to inspire others to appreciate the joy and companionship that pets bring into our lives.

Primrose ( aka the Supervisor)
Primrose is here to ensure everything runs smoothly (and with plenty of purrs!). Adopted in 2022 through the vet clinic where I worked she brings a unique blend of charm and mischief to our daily operations.
With a keen eye for quality control, Prim loves to supervise all activities from the comfort of her favourite sunny spot or right on the desk. When not overseeing business affairs, you can find her playing with her favourite mouse toy or napping on the couch.

Bailey ( Head of Mischief and Testing)
Bailey is the best boy—and while he can be a bit naughty most of the time, he always knows how to strike a perfect model pose when treats are involved! With a playful spirit and a mischievous glint in his eye, Bailey keeps us on our toes and fills our days with laughter.
When he is not sleeping on the job or sneakily eating Prim’s lunch he can be found showing off his tricks for a tasty reward or barking at the trees. Bailey’s charm is irresistible.
