• Domestic Flat Rate (No Tracking): A budget-friendly option for those happy to wait a little longer for their goodies. Please note this method does not include tracking.

• Tracked Shipping via Aramex: Want to keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you? This option includes tracking so you can follow the tail trail.

• Express Post: Need it in a hurry? Choose this option to get your order faster via Australia Post's Express service.

At The Fluffed Tail, we want you to be absolutely smitten with your purchase, but we know that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you find yourself needing to return an item, no worries! You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return. Just make sure the item is in its original condition—so no fluff or drool stains, please! Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund faster than a pup chasing a squirrel. Remember, shipping fees aren’t refundable, but we promise to make the return process as breezy as a day at the beach with your furry friend!

Please note that refunds may take a few days to appear in your account. Depending on your bank's processing times, it might take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be credited back. All our sticker sheets measure 11x16cm in size. If it is a special sheet the measurements will be in the description of the product!

All the stickers here at The Fluffed Tail are printed on premium quality synthetic paper which is approximately 150gsm, with the top matte synthetic printed layer being 85gsm once the sticker is removed. The Matte paper is not waterproof unfortunately so try to keep the drool away if possible!
